My turn to moan

£50 meg price change was 1st September. I had a bill dated 30th August to 29th September for the full price before the price change.

Then I had a bill from 30th of September to 30th October which was correctly billed.

Now I would have thought that I would have recieved a credit for 1st Sept to 29th as I pay in advance and the prices changed so in fairness they should give me back what I overpaid.

This is not the case I just called CS only to told the price change took effect on my next bill after the change. What a rip off. I know its less than £7 but just cuz my bill was created 2 days before the price change means they can rip me off for the month of September. I tell you something its lucky these jackasses in charge over there are not in front of me I can tell you cuz they need a dose of reality
