Yeah the bad thing is the lack of information in your post.

Whats problems?

And post your upstream and downstream power levels, that's normally a nice way to start troubleshooting.

Sorry for the lack of info, Its a on going problem im having with my downloads. Nice chap at VM sent a eng to do a re-pull thought cable me be old but eng came said nothing wrong with it and went.
When i start a download 9 out of 10 it starts at about 1mb download and wont speed up. If i stop the download and start again after a few attemps bang it downloads at the full 50mb speed and works fine. This is a on going fault im getting with files being download corrupt no matter where i download them from "microsoft updates,drivers,blueyounder game files" I have found out when ever they start of slow they wont work.
I have no idea what could be doing this i havnt a clue with network issues but have been downloading large files for years now. And not illigal files.
