Incredimail

I use the above email provider successfully for some years,but for the last week,my email downloads are interupted by a error message -ERR Elements not found neither Regcure nor Registry Mechanic help to resolve this issue. Does anyone know how please

I've never trusted incredimail...theyve always been in cohorts with malware/spam providers. Everytime I've had it installed I've gotten huge amounts of SPAM and malware/adware detected on my machine.

I would suggest going to the homepage and navigating to the download page. Do not select the green bar option but the Full install below it.
Save it to desktop. Make sure IncrediMail is not running and then run the downloaded installer. This will overwrite any damaged files thus repairing your IncrediMail. If you are still experiencing a problem afterwards then I would suggest it may be a problem with your mail account setup.

Registry errors are unlikely to cause problems downloading emails. I recommend you contact incredimail support.
