FTP with TLS/SSL (Auth TLS Explicit) Problem

Hi,

I am using CuteFTP 8 Pro and am having problems using: FTP with TLS/SSL (Auth TLS Explicit)
I am behind a router (Router: Netgear WNR2000 - Wireless N)

When I connect to my hosting FTP server using: FTP with TLS/SSL (Auth TLS Explicit)

What I think the problem part of the log is:
COMMAND:> [29/07/2009 14:39:53] PORT 192,168,1,4,200,212
[29/07/2009 14:39:53] 500 I won't open a connection to 192.168.1.4 (only to 86.12.XX.XX)
ERROR:> [29/07/2009 14:39:53] Syntax error: command unrecognized.
ERROR:> [29/07/2009 14:39:53] Failed to establish data socket.

As you can see it only want to give date to 86.12.XX.XX and not 192.168.1.4
How do I fix this ?

It working now I had to tick a box to make it work or that what I think it was.
