Sound!

Brand new installation on 21/5 - Guy who installed the system input something on the V+ remote control which allowed us to regulate the sound without having to use the TV remote. Today we have lost this facility! We were fiddling about with HDTV at the time but we have been unable to reset the remote to control the sound. None of the codes on the Virgin website for our telly work and I rang Virgin and they gave me another 15 but they don't work either! Anyone any ideas please.

Did it change the volume on the TV or the V+ box.

If it was controling the TV it would show the same on screen graphic.

There is a code to reset the remote to control the V+ box.

It originally controlled the sound on the V+ box - that is the function we have lost.

Try the brand list code for your tv not the code list

Tried that as well - still no joy!
