Outages in Bristol (BS7)

Hi,

For the last 3 weeks or so I have been getting intermittent outages when surfing. It only lasts for a second or so, and on refreshing the web page immedialely, everything is fine again.

I use Firefox 3.08 (just upgraded a couple of days ago and problem still occurs).

Here is the error message I get:

"Connection Interrupted
The document contains no data.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."

I also use Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and am not aware of any system or hardware changes that may have caused this to start happening.

Can anyone help please?

Re: Outages in Bristol (BS7)

Are you connected directly to the modem? If not, please check that the problem exists while connected directly.

We also need your power levels from your modem config files (http://192.168.100.1)
