Router delivery mixup

Hi

Had virgin services installed on Saturday - ordered wireless - engineer had none and said he was not supposed to, and nothing had arrived by courier. Called virgin the next day to ask what was going on and a very nice CS rep said sorry for mixup, we will send one out. I enquired about the model and the rep said she knew nothing about it, but in the notes, it says "N" - would that be the netgear N that is going for 25 (it came up as zero on my install bill). I'm on 20M

Ta

Re: Router delivery mixup

The 'N' router is £25

The 'G' router is the free one - and the one that would show up as £0 on the contract.

The agent you spoke to might have been nice and sent out the 'N' for free because of the mix up though
