V+ Box not showing anything...

I'm assuming it's because i've plugged it into a 'normal' old telly and the V+ was configured at 1080i.

The HDTV isn't here so how can i change the settings so it will show on the old TV, without losing my recorded programmes?

Thanks

Do you have the Black / Yellow VM menus? If so I can tell you how to change it blindly.

Put the box into standby and out again to make sure it is not in any menus. Press Home on your remote and wait 2-3 seconds. Press 8 on your remote and wait 2-3 seconds. Press 4 on your remote and wait 2-3 seconds. Press down once on your remote, then left once and press OK. Wait 2-3 seconds, then press OK. You should see the picture appear via scart, be sure to select Yes to apply the new settings or it will revert back to HDMI after 5-10 seconds.
All sorted

Re: V+ Box not showing anything...

Have you still got your HD TV handy. If so plug it back in temporary and change the output to Scart.
.

Too slow again. Glad you're sorted.
