When Trying to Access O2 Online Store....

I am using Firefox 3 or IE and when I try to access the O2 Online store http://shop.o2.co.uk I get the error file not found or this page cannot be displayed.

It will work through a proxy site no problem. Im using a Linksys WRT54GS router and its the only site that will not work, even with the modem plugged directly into the PC it doesnt work.

Its really starting to bug me now as its the only website that does it.

Please help.

Cheers

I still cannot get on to the O2 store site.

I am still getting the "File Not Found" error on Firefox

Anyone got any further ideas as to what I can do to fix it

Re: When Trying to Access O2 Online Store....

Can you get to http://shop.o2.co.uk/home ? If not can you get to http://88.221.178.128

If you can get to the numerical one but not the named one, then its more than likely a DNS issue (which is why a proxy would work as opposed to not working without a proxy)

The numerical link gives me invalid URL and the named one gives me the same error as before

All the text links are working from here, but both numerical links don't work!

Try clearing your cache

Re: When Trying to Access O2 Online Store....

What's the DNS setting on your router and does your PC point to router for DNS?
