No, it's not on VOD because I understand that the BBC do not have the rights to show it on there.
However, the programme should be repeated on BBC HD and also on BBC 1 or BBC 2 not long after the first showing of Series 2 has been completed, so keep an eye out for it if you've missed the start of the series.
