Bandwidth monitoring

I know it's possible on computers, and some routers...but is it possible on a BT HomeHub?

I want to monitor the amount of data passing in and out of the WAN port. I don't want to monitor all bandwidth across the network, because I transfer data from one computer to another.

It's a BT Internet connection, which comes with a monthly cap, I tend to download a fair amount, and I want to ensure that I don't go over the quota.

If it's possible to check it online...I can't do that, because I'm not the account holder, and they wont let me on their account, for obvious reasons. I'm just the more technically minded one in the house. :P

Re: Bandwidth monitoring

Google suggests the Home Hub is SNMP enabled, so I guess you could use a freeware MIB browser to query the device and see if it records the volume of data send through the ADSL port.
