Access data base adding name to drop down list

Hi all

I am using a access data base which includes a number of fields with drop down lists.

Any ideas how I add new names to such a down down list.

You need to add the names to the table from which the form gets the names for the drop-down list. Who does the data belong to?

Thanks for a reply. Sent by a work collegue who has now left. Data relates a customers name and addresses
