Virgin Media finaly has a good page on facebook.
If any are intrested i just thought i would post this for those who use facebook. I have just searched Virgin Media i normally see the list of negative things but actualy the one at the top was virgin media for happy customers. I of course joined straight away. So facebook users just search virgin media and you should see it at top if you are intrested.

They've got quite a heavy advertising presence on Facebook, so I suppose the PR dept. has decided to make full use of social network advertising. There are also some negative groups too, mainly from some annoyed customers.
