Re: Free laptop offer
It not available to any existing customers who are with VM at present.
But, I know many of VM existing customers rather to upgrade to 50Mbps next year. And as a free laptop for any new customers mean they cannot upgrade to 50Mbps until after 18months contract.

Thats the choice you make.
If you want the free laptop, you know you cannot upgrade. If you think you may want to upgrade, don't go for the laptop offer.

You can always upgrade, the Terms and Conditions only prohibit downgrading. I know from personal experience you can upgrade within your minimum term.

Re: Free laptop offer
sounds like a good offer but as always they screw the existing customers they should give us something for a change customers that have been loyal to them and not asking for anything in return

We want you to know that all our bundle deals are made available to all customers; old and new (just bear in mind sometimes these deals require you to take an additional product)
