Analogue Area

Hi - my in-laws are moving to be down near us, when I put in their new postcode it says they will be in an analogue are, but that "some" services are available. Like BB, over 35 tv channels and a deal on home or mobile.

What does that mean? They can't supply a phone line? Can't get the full sky package - specifically the sports channels, don't want any of that HD stuff that you can't see anyway (not when you are in your 70's anyway!).

I could ring the number they give but rather than waste hours talking to a call centre where they don't know what they're doing and don't speak english as a native tongue...I thought I'd ask on here instead
