Printer problems

Apologies if this is in the wrong section but can anyone help please. 2 days ago I bought a new Lexmark Z1480 Wireless Printer. I installed it onto my laptop (which is Windows Vista) and was told that this was successful. However when I tried to print it could not find the printer. I have uninstalled it and then when I tried to reinstall it I keep getting the message "install GUI has stopped working". I don't know what I am doing wrong and it is driving me mad.

Re: Printer problems

Well use it as an excuse to take it back and buy an Epson or Canon then if you need wireless buy a wireless print server to go with it. The extra cost of hardware would soon be covered by inks. Lexmark are far and away the most expensive to run printers on the market
