Any way to have instant chat between a Mac & a PC

Folks,

My brother and my sister have both turned to the dark side having both acquired Macs. One downside for me is that they now no longer appear on MSN messenger.

Are there any alternative IM apps that work on both Mac and PC and thus allow us to resume communications... I know, I know, just pick up the phone!

Cheers

Rez

They've only disappeared because MSN messenger for Mac isn't pre-loaded. Just go and get them to download it from Charlie's link, they can input their existing login details, and away you go.

Incidentally, it's not that dark here in Mac land.

Hehehe... of course I must confess to being very jealous of their shiny Macs... they are drop dead gorgeous!

I don't think even the official MSN client for mac supports webcam yet (Last one I used didn't they may have since added it though) so if they wish to use Webcam.etc this is one of the few clients that support it.
