Light background (but preferably not white) with dark text.

I cannot stand dark sites, I simply avoid them.

Re: Light or Dark??
Yep I agree, text on a black or dark background is awful.
It's even worse if it is yellow text.

Re: Light or Dark??
light background dark text but I prefer not glaring white. Most of the web is glaring white and in this day and age with brighter higher contrast screens it gives me a headache. Yes I already know about adjusting but then you have to turn it up for media and gaming
A nice natural hesian or a nice cream or off white or even preferably light grey just not white lol

Re: Light or Dark??
If Vbulletin allow it why not give us a few options to choose from ourselves.

As stated this is not about this site, and it isn't quite as simple as that

Re: Light or Dark??
Yep, this is nothing about CF but actually another site I personally own. The cableforum template/theme discussion was and should still be in this other thread

I much prefer the light background and dark text as it much easier to use and the voting shows that most people agree.

Re: Light or Dark??
I don't mind either..but it should be stated that whichever is used that the contrasting colours do not work against each other leading to bleeding of the fonts so that they blur and are no longer crisp.

Re: Light or Dark??
I prefer sites with a black or dark background.
Simple reason is that 8 hours a day staring at a screen with a white background is like staring at a lightbulb all day - it's not good for your eyes.
