Picture Freeze

Had my V+ box around 6 months and on the whole very good service.
However the last few days there is an annoying picture freeze for about 2/3 seconds on any channel, happens around 4 times a night. Tried re-boot but still the same. DVD's fine, no problem.

Any Ideas on how to solve?

Re: Picture Freeze

You could reformat the HD. You'd lose any recordings though so you might want to archive first.

Had a similar problem a while back. Eventually called an engineer out and it turned out to be something to do with the signal levels being sent through the cable. He adjusted it, I think from the main box outside in the street if I remember correctly, and the problem was solved.
