Additional V+ Box
I am already a VIP customer and would like to change the extra STB for an additional V+ box. Would I get the special offer price and would there be an extra monthly charge?

Re: Additional V+ Box
To replace the second V box with a V+ for either VIP or XL Plus customers costs £30 to install and an extra £10 per month.

Re: Additional V+ Box
Just spoken to VM, there are no special offers for existing customers. Cost of additional V+ is £150 up front payment and an extra £5 per month making VIP package £90 per month.

Just had a call back from VM, saying no up front charge but an extra £15 per month making VIP package £100 per month. Left hand does'nt seem to know what right hand is doing there.

Re: Additional V+ Box
To change the V box (normal set top box) you already have to a V+ it's £30 installation and £10 a month extra, so the VIP will be £95.
To add another V+ box i.e. you'll have 2 V+ and 1 V box in your home it's £30 install and £15 a month extra, so the VIP will be £100.

Re: Additional V+ Box
If you get anyone telling you any different tell them to go 'Boiler Room' 'Products & Services' 'Virgin TV' and 'V+ service'. (Internal Staff Website)
Tells the agent the right price

Re: Additional V+ Box
Another conversation with VM has finaly got it right. As mentioned £30 + £10 per month. Have to keep the Additional STB as its part of the VIP deal. Because of the cock ups they are waiving the £30 installation fee. I'll believe that when I look at the next bill.

No you don't. All the VIP offer is is two STBs. doesnt specify what they should be.
So you have VIP with Two V+ boxes for £95
