Im trying to call 09062121111 for help but it just rings for about 10 minutes then cuts me off. :S Anyone else had this problem

As a premium rate number, I don't beleive it can be answered by a monitoring "you are ini a queue" type system, as once answered the call is being charged. Thus it will ring until someone can deal with you. If it's taking 10 minutes though there must be a big problem somewhere.

As Rob says the will probably be a Major Outage in one of the regions leading to high incoming call rates, that will be why it is ringing out and as Rob says being a premium rate number you cannot be put on hold as you would be charged for being on hold.

You will just have to keep ringing till you get an answer.

It also cuts off after 3 minutes if the call is not answered
