i'm wondering how i'd go about getting one of my email accounts with VM moved onto another account. The account was actually closed down about 1 1/2 years ago. Luckily it's still active (well the email is.)
I'm just worried that it'll get closed down.
E.g. to move the email account from account foo1 to foo2.
If you call technical support, they can merge all the old email accounts so they are paired with your current master account. NB you will only be able to have a maxiumum of 15 email accounts once done.
Just called Customer Services. She said she can only add email addresses, and that moving an email address from some other account to my present one, cannot be done. What am I suppose to do?!
Technical services (that wretched 0845 number) can do it. It's what has to be done to move the STB based email accounts to the new account setup when you move over to a modem based broadband.
Normally as you are "helping" VM to clean their records the cost of the call gets credited (at least it did for me).
