Network speed woes.

I have 3 computers connected to a Linksys WRT54GS router, they are all connected with cable. Two of the PC,c are running XP 32 bit and the third is running Vista 32 premium. When I copy a 56 mb file back and forward on the XP PC,s it takes about 10 seconds but to copy or move the file to and from the XP PC,s to Vista PC it takes about 15 minutes. Can anybody shed some light on this problem please.

I noticed the same when I used vista - and found these details :

I never tried them though, I got fed up and wiped vista and installed xp instead
