hi i hope someome can help me as i have jsut switched on my pc which is a dell dimension 5150 with an asus vw192s monitor which keeps dispaying the message, out of range.
it keeps flashing and moving from corner to corner on my screen. i also have a radeon x300/x550 graphocs card which has been in the pc since i bought this from dell.
i am also running vista premium.
i have not had this problem before and have had this pc and asus moitor about 10 months.
hope someone out there has any idea what this is and thanks for any help and advice!
Sounds like the resolution/refresh rate settings have been set to one of that the monitor cannot support, try this; reboot your machine and just before the XP logo appears, hit F8 and goto "Safe Mode" reset your settings to the lowest they will go, click OK and reboot.
