Can you take a screenshot when it happens as the error may be anything really?If it is Microsoft .Net error you may just need to update the version of .Net you have installed.

See the end of this message for details on invoking

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

Re: whats microsoft.net? i need help!

What ever this program is: C:/Program%20Files/DISC/DiscUpdMgr.exe

it is a .net application program and seems to have a bug in the timer setup. It must be a background program or have a background update task, find out what it does and disable it from msconfig if necessary.
