Windows Installer popup when I open a Windows app?

Windows Installer popup when I open a Windows app?
Whenever I open a Microsoft application, like MSN, IE etc I get an annoying popup:

Does anyone know why I always get it?

Are you running as administrator?

I know MSN does that sometimes to me i just assumed it to be a "feature" of WLM

Yes, that's the only account on the PC. There's only ever been the one account.

I think I just remembered what might be the possible cause..
It might be something that you installed/removed that didn't quite complete properly and has messed up windows installer.

I'd suggest running the utility and look out for anything it lists as registered with windows installer that isn't actually installed on the computer.
