hi can any one help me i am not technicaly minded (could say im prety thick in that dept) however i have a ******* box but have lost all of the channels and i belive that all ive got to do is reprogram it. How do i do this?
As the box you describe is not supplied by Virgin Media, it cannot legitimately be used on their network. Cable Forum will not assist you to obtain services in this way.
If you want Cable TV services, you need to arrange a proper subscription. Virgin Media will then supply the proper Set Top Box as part of your service.
