Firefox Pop up information bar
When I Firefox blocks a pop up, a warning/information bar comes up, I clicked the option "Don't show this message (info message) when popups are blocked" on the bar, now when I have a pop up blocked, nothing shows. How do I reinstate the warning bar? Thanks

Re: Firefox Pop up information bar
is it adblock your using?
if so, it should be somewhere on the browser window, I have it on hte bottom right of mine, right click and pick preferences, you should find it in there or choose overlay flash
or go to Tools > Add Ons and pick the extension working on pop up blocking then choose options

Re: Firefox Pop up information bar
No, nothing to do with Adblock, its the build in pop up blocker in Firefox, anyway I found the answer here.

Re: Firefox Pop up information bar
Assuming that you're using version 2.0.0.6. try the following:
Popup Blocker Options/Preferences
The Popup Blocker Options/Preferences are located in the Content panel of Tools > Options > Content > Preferences.
From there, you can do the following things:
* Block pop-up windows: Deselect this option/preference to disable the popup blocker altogether.
* Exceptions dialog: This is a list of sites that you want to allow to display popups. The dialog has the following choices:
o Allow: Click this to add a web site to the exceptions list.
o Remove Site: Click this to remove a web site from the exceptions list.
o Remove All Sites: Click this to remove all of the web sites in the exceptions list.
Normally the option to not show future pop up warnings only lasts for the duration of when you are actually browsing. Once you exit Firefox and return, the option returns also.
Hope this helped?
Cheers and Si thee

I haven't seen that message in quite a while.

Have a look here..
Open a tab and go to about :config. Then type in "popup". One of the options is called "privacy.popups.showbrowsermessage". You need to set this to "True". To do this, just double click over the word "false".
See if that works.
