Angry Email Address

I recentlly had my account changed into my name last month. Every thing got changed into my name except for my old email address. They never got transfered. I rang up VM Broadband Support and they said I would need the old account holder to confirm this to change them onto my account. Rang up today and I was told I would need to delete my current alias and they could do it. Rang back and was told that all i had to do was set them up in outlook with my new accunt details and it would work. Well it does. But i cannot retrive my emails that have been sent while i could not gain access to my email address. (i know email has gone to the email address) I cant login via Webmail either it says the password is wrong. Is there any thing I can do? Who is right? I need to retrive my old emails except the old account is also suspended from Blueyonder Selfcare.

Help Me Please!

Cany any one help me at all? I dont want to ring CS again and pay to speak to some Indian Person.

Ive set up myemail address like that bloke said and it sends/recives but If i send email to it it comes back saying the email address dont exist
