Proxy Cache

Sorry if the topic has been discussed before, but it has been a long time since I fiddled with these settings, I followed Robin Walker's web proxies and the Manchester ones are alol right, but when I put in the one for Langley, it just refused connection, and when I enter the proxy for Baguley, I cannot browse the net expect this page :http://cache-removal.virginmedia.com//board/

I live in Macclesfield, apart from the Manchester ones, are all the others blocked?

Re: Proxy Cache

I see, I am fiddling with these setting again because from 7pm to may be 11pm, my connection speed drops from 4mb to 3 sometimes 2 mb, but if I put the Manchester proxy the speed will return to normal. My speed hasn't really dropped for a long time, I only noticed it from a few days ago it is dropping around peak times.
