Hey thx for the help.

Just giving me the bob standard "Outlook cannot connect to your incoming POP3 server". On all of the ntlworld accounts I have.

I can login to webmail no issues but it's a pain. Nothing has changed regarding my outlook settings as I have been too busy to get near it much.

Any ideas? It seems almost certainly an issue with the POP3 servers however others in my area are saying it's fine. Ports are all ok too.

I know what you meant. I was only asking cos my 20MB still sucks. I never breach the cap and I always get crap speeds unless it's early in the AM, at which point I still only get 15MB tops...and only for a few seconds.

Can you provide more details than your vague "mine doesnt suck"

Re: POP down in Warwickshire area?

if you can log into webmail then the servers are working as it just logs directly into the server, what antivirus software are you using? can you ping the server to see if you get a response back
