Black Screen

Can anyone help or make some suggestions?

I have V+. The last few days we turn on the TV and find that the V+ box has no display on it. Now this is the weird bit. If we press home I get the TV guide. If I press the up or down buttons I get the mini guide. But do not get a TV picture until I resest the box. Nowt wrong with TV (although if I could convince the missus I could get an LCD affair). Anyway I was wandering if anyone else had this as it has only just started to happen.

Also the on-demand seems to take ages before you get the progams up or sometimes does not work at all.
