I rang up Virgin Meida today regarding a problem im getting and when i go through to the tv error options, Calling 150, Option 2 Option 1, There is a note saying they are aware of there being an error with the red button on Sky Movies and they are working on it and hope to have it fixed within 48hrs. So i would just keep trying!

Just been checking through the service status for Virgin Meida TV.
