A woefull of problems
I have moved from one place in the same town to another in address in the same town.
Moving home team cocked up and failed to move the services over, the engineer never turned up because moving home forgot to arrange it on the systems even though I was given a date.
So cue today when I finally get an engineer to arrive, he sets up everything and then a message comes up on the tv "Your smart card is invaild". Oh thats fine that will sort its self out soon he said.
Cue 9 hours later, a phone call to some numpty in india, who kept telling me to switch the box on and off still hasnt sorted it out.
The stupid engineer has given me a duff smart card.
Now VM wonder why everyones leaving their usless service.
