It seems like this ubr needs upgrading or fixing.. currently achieving epic speeds of...

Sun, 17 Jun 2007 15:43:46 GMT

1st 512K took 8625 ms = 59.4 KB/sec, approx 489 Kbps, 0.48 Mbps
2nd 512K took 14750 ms = 34.7 KB/sec, approx 286 Kbps, 0.28 Mbps
3rd 512K took 8734 ms = 58.6 KB/sec, approx 483 Kbps, 0.47 Mbps
4th 512K took 9297 ms = 55.1 KB/sec, approx 454 Kbps, 0.44 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 428 Kbps, 0.42 Mbps

ms in-games is currently over 350 which well... sucks tbh

I'm kinda of glad that I phoned customer relations and got my account credits for when the problem of slow speeds started back in January ^^ free internet until it's fixed.

I forgot to mention.. this is my supposed 10mb connection..

Downstream Frequency
331000000 Hz

Re: ubr04 broke?

tbh the speedtest isnt that reliable, i was getting less than 4Mb/s from it earlier yet giganews was giving me 1.1MB/s, that is a close to 2 1/2 times what is reported by the speed test

and which region you in are im pretty sure there will be more than 1 ubr04 on the network

Re: ubr04 broke?

Downstream frequency is completely unrelated to your downstream speed by the way.

All Telewest areas use 331000000 or 339000000Hz.
