TV and BB Down?

Hello.

I live in the SG6 area. Both my TV and BB have gone down (I am currently using a 56k modem, GAH!). I phoned up VM on 151 and went to the BB option. There was nothing about SG6's BB being down. I redialled and went to the TV option and it told me about SG^'s TV being down, and it will be returned 'shortly'.

Does anyone know if they know about the BB problems? My BB is split off the same line as my TV, is that why they are both down do you think?

BB Seems to be back, as does TV.

Re: TV and BB Down?

PO9 postcode area here - BB (standalone cable modem) and V+ DTV are both up and down like a whatsits drawers!

Must be some physical network / carrier level problem, to be affecting the whole lot.

Its ok at the moment, but I'm typing fast in case it goes again!

Re: TV and BB Down?

Why are you using a 56kbit/s modem - shurely the installers would have provided you with one at the time?

A broadband modem, that is.

Hey, it's late. Or early. However you see it, I'm very tired - haven't been to sleep. + only read it briefly.
