Flashing screen??

Well i had my V+ box installed about 2 hours ago. all worked fine for the 5 mins the engineer was here but near enough straight after he left the screen went black and kept flashing up multicoloured vertical lines!

i reset the box and all seemed fine again for another 5 mins but then once again the screen went black with these randomly flashing coloured vertical lines.

ive tried resetting numerous times now and leaving the box off for a while and checked and double checked all connections!!!

anyone else had this? appears i have a duff box! called customer services and they cant get an engineer out till tuesday night!

Re: Flashing screen??

Your box sounds dead.

You will have to get that engineer out on tue.

Then ring customer services and get a discount for loss of service.
