Question Connecting Tv, Cable, Freeview, Dvdrec

hi all, literally brand new to this so pls be patient thks; how would i connect together all appliances and get the full effect of each... TV, cable box, freeview box(which has built in hard disk to record and store), DVDrecorder, ..

I do want to use each one and would appreciate any help as to how i would connect them altogether.. Thankyou..

Have a look at the Installation Issues part of the forum. Other people are asking questions a bit like this one.
