Hey . I have no idea whats going on im an NTl tv,phone and broadband customer.
Does it now mean ive got to get a new box and get a modem and stuff installed for my broadband :S? MY broadband connects directly to my set top (ntl) box now but its not working properly its slow and sometimes dosnt connect is this because i need to get all the new virgin stuff installed? Virgin or ntl didn't make it clear what happens for existing ntl customers i assumed we just carried on as normal seems not?

Re: confused

It's just a re-branding thing, no hardware will need to be changed. If you're having a problem talk to Customer Services about it, it's nothing to do with the NTL/Virgin changeover.
