Should Free TV have VOD?

Hi,

Please can anyone tell me if Free TV is supposed to come with VOD?

I have tried calling Customer Services, but after 45mins and being passed to 4 different people I'm afraid I lost the will and hung up!

My mums On Demand is showing a an IS002 error message (She is in WD3) and says to call CS to have it fixed. She has only had the TV for a couple of weeks, and VOD has never worked, so I just want to be sure that I am not flogging a dead horse before I give CS/faults another try.

Many thanks,

Michelle

Yes, it should.

Assuming there's no flashing lights on the front of the box, IS002 usually means the Interactive account isn't properly provisioned. Call Faults on 151 from her Virgin landline phone (it's free) and they should be able to sort it.

Thanks Quadplay, I shall give them another go when I am there later this week!
