VOD in Harrow on ex-videotron network

Is there anyone on here living in the Harrow area of NW London, and using the ex-Videotron -> ex-C&W -> ex-NTL -> Virgin Media network?? Are the Virgin On Demand services working for you? I ask as since I was migrated to digital from analogue (late last year), apart from Front Row (briefly) I have had no access to On Demand services

I have had my set-top box replaced (got a Samsung!!) but the engineer who did that said there was an area problem so he couldn't get VOD to work and I should report it to customer services as a fault. I've done this but getting nowhere - another engineer is booked for this coming Saturday, but I don't hold out much hope.

Does anyone have any suggestions please, as I'm on the point of throwing in my lot with Sky
