Please could someone help me I would like to install NTL Virgin on my new computer it is running Vista and I am using a pace settop box I would like someone to tell me all the settings I myst do without using an install disk

Assuming you have previously used another PC with this broadband connection, just plugin your ethernet cable, power cycle the STB, open IE7 and browse to start.ntl and follow the instructions. This page registers the new computer with that STB. That should be all you need to do.
