Is e-billing still available?

Does anybody know if e-billing is still available for VM customers from the TW areas?

We've been using e-billing for nearly 2 years now so don't get paper bills. I'm trying to access last months bill to claim back the BB cost from my employer. Unfortunately the message that appeared on the 8th saying e-billing is offline until 13th has now been replaced by the rather helpful:

Any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind - the link I had bookmarked was a dud despite assurances from CS that all old links should work. That said, they were very quick to take a contact number and pass it over to tech services to be looked into.

Re: Is e-billing still available?

You should have received an email (06/02) last week informing you that ebilling would not be available from the 8th till the 13th but it did not infact come back online till yesterday morning at sometime. Unfortunately there is now a security alert with the site because of the change of name. I contacted CS and the person I spoke to just blamed it on the merger of companies and said that he would flag the issue. It was obvious to me that the reason I have given is behind the fault especially if you read the alert warning clearly. It is still the same this morning. You can still access the site if you keep on choosing to enter the site. It does take many clicks to eventually get there.
