Opening an ISO file from DVD or CD?

Think i`ve suddenly gone braindead!! How do i open an ISO image to extract the files on a CD created with Roxio Easy Media Creator 9.0?
Everytime i double click on it to extract the burnt image, it just takes me to the Roxio copy disk program! I used to do this all the time but i fear the excess of booze and good living has rendered my brain( or whats left of it) useless.! IE. How the bloody hell do i open the software?
Thanks in Advance.

Mount as an image with Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools or extract the files with WinISO or somesuch.

I use Daemon Tools too, and the best thing about it... it's free!

Download it here.

WinRAR can also open, test, or extract .iso files as if they were a .zip, .rar, .ace, etc archive file.
