Ebilling

Ive been using the Ebilling system from Telewest (VM) and i no longer want to use it. How can i stop it so that the bill comes throught the post every month?

Call up CS on 150, choose billing, and ask them to deactivate it for you. You will then start to receive paper bills again, and, if you require full itemisation, there will be an additional charge of £2 on your bills for this service.
