VOD question

I've not tried it before, but I read somewhere that it was a free service so I thought I would give it a try, now I see that if you go to Movies list they want a couple of quid each, so, is that the only thing on there that you have to pay for?

Over the past two weeks I've been thinking about migrating to Sky+, mainly because they have the box which will allow you to watch one channel but record another, now I see that Telewest is using a similar thing and will shortly be available on ntl, so think I may stay, better the devil you know........ eh?

Re: VOD question

As relative newcomer, this seems like a good thread to ask this question.

I'm in West London and only see the pay to view Movies, Sports and Events sections and an Adult section under On Demand. Is this correct for this area? I have seen a thread where someone asked what areas are VOD enabled and London doesn't get a mention so I am assuming things like TV picks or whatever are not available here, or is my box set up wrong?

Any info appreciated.

Smile Re: VOD question

It's arrived!!

Checked On Demand in the early hours of this morning and I now have a lot more options. I couldn't seem to access anything at first though such as the free programmes and a rented pop video that I tried. After many attempts, with an error box coming up to contact CS, it now appears to be working repetitively.
