[Merged] NTL TV Drive renamed as V+

I read that NTL is planning to re-brand the tv drive as V+ in February 2007...Is it true or has it been posted before?

I guess it stands for Virgin plus...

T-Drive now V+ Box launch nationally Feb

I was checking for any news re T-Drive delay and didn't find anything so decided to check out the price news.

If you follow the link to Digital pricing it displays a PDF and at the bottom states : -

†V+ Box is the new name for TV Drive; new name applies from 1st February 2007. V+ Box is rolling out on ntl and will be available nationally on
ntl from February 2007.
†âââ€Å ¡Â¬Ã‚ V Box is the new name for your Set Top Box; new name applies from 1st February 2007.
†âââ€Å ¡Â¬Ã‚ Ã¢â‚¬Â Price only applies to the first additional V Box. Any further V Boxes will be charged at the standard £9.50 per month.
†âââ€Å ¡Â¬Ã‚ Ã¢â‚¬Â Ã ¢â‚¬Â Price applies to customers taking an additional V Box after 1st February 2007; legacy prices for customers already taking additional V Boxes/
Set Top Boxes remain unchanged.

Says it all, other than why the delay.

Re: [Merged] NTL TV Drive renamed as V+

The problem with this name is that BT Vision have just announced that they will deliver their TV service through a "V-box".
