always getting: 1 Blocked by DoS protection 10.187.64.1

Hello,
I have a Belkin Wireless G high-speed router, 4 pc's on the lan network and each uses outpost firewall, on my belkin config page (192.168.2.1 in address bar via explorer) under firewall logs, i am always getting these logs:

anyone know what i could do to stop this? why would the be dos attacking me all the time? please help

It's NTL's servers checking if there is a machine online, nothing more
