Accessing webspace from non-NTL networks?

When I try to edit my webspace from my work computer (on a BT system), I can't connect via FTP. Is it not possible to access my webspace outside an NTL network?

Thanks

Nope - the upload server only allows connections from an NTL IP.

They could at least mention that on their "Help page"

i'd say it'd confuse a good majority of customers and those using the ntl webspace should be on ntl :p

If youre doing anything semi-serious with NTL hosting you should think about getting a decent cheap hosting package (from a couple of £s/month) from a reputable hosting company.
