Use of the Red button?

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if someone would be kind enough to answer a very simple question for me.

I'm currently using Sky, although thinking of switching to Telewest. My only reservation is the use of the Red button on the Sports channels.

As an example, on Sky, whilst watching the football, I'll often press the Red button to go to things like Player-Cam or find out the line-ups if I missed the first few minutes. Also, with the american football they've just introduced the option of being able to click the Red button and watch a different game.

These are things I'd not want to lose, so could anyone let me know if you can still do this with Telewest, or if they are "Sky-exclusive"??

Re: Use of the Red button?

In some areas you are lucky if pressing the red button doesn't end in rebooting the box after everything locks up and stops responding

Ahhhh! Damnit!

I guess I'll have to stick with Sky then. That's a shame. A REAL shame.

Red button is owned by Sky. Work on some channels though.

Don't try it on channel 5 at the moment.
